Quotes are valid for 30 days. A signed scope and 50% deposit purchase materials and hold the production slot. The balance is due after installation and walkthrough.

Standard quotes are delivered within 24 hours of the site visit. Complex, multi-scope work gets a written quote within 48 hours or a confirmed delivery date.
Standard steel and aluminum runs target 2 to 3 weeks. Cable, stainless, glass, and custom patterns take longer.
Frame fabrication, standing-seam panel procurement, finish, and installation are coordinated as one scope.
Configuration, landing count, tread system, engineering, and finish determine the schedule.
Welding, joining, assembly, fasteners, and finish defects are covered under the written policy.

Built by the founder
The business is new. The fabrication career is not.
The founder brings 15+ years of professional fabrication across NHRA Top Fuel and Pro Stock work, US Navy civilian contracting, custom motorcycles, and one-off commercial builds. He founded Dime City Cycles and Standard Motorcycle Co., collaborated with Indian Motorcycle, and appeared on AMC’s Ride with Norman Reedus. Those are prior-career credentials, not RightRAIL project claims.

What does RightRAIL not build?
No fencing, decks, concrete, fabric or retractable awnings, production manufacturing, or large structural-steel packages.
Where is the launch service area?
Charlotte metro and Lake Norman from a Mooresville base, including Iredell County. South Carolina is excluded until the proper license is in place.
Are those firm prices?
They are installed planning ranges, not fixed menu prices. Measurements, substrate, access, finish, engineering, permitting, and material movement can change the quote.
How fast is the quote?
The operating target is same-day acknowledgment and a written quote in 24-48 hours for a standard job once the scope and site conditions are clear. Complex work takes longer.
