Railings / Awnings / Stairs

One metal scope for the whole property.

The useful advantage is coordination. A patio rail, stair, and fixed canopy can share one visual language, one measurement set, and one accountable builder.

The RightRAIL AI advantage

See your railing before we ever cut steel.

RightRAIL runs its office on AI tools built by the founder. Not for the buzzword. For what it does for your project:

See it first

At the first visit we photograph your space and show you realistic images of your new railing, in the styles you're choosing between, on your actual porch, deck, or stairs. Decide with your eyes, not your imagination.

Quotes without the wait

Site measurements become a written quote fast, often the same visit. No week of silence while you wonder.

Updates without asking

Your project reports its own progress: measured, materials ordered, in fabrication, at the finisher, install scheduled. You always know where your railing is.

Scheduling that respects your time

Book the site measure and the install without phone tag, with reminders before we arrive.

Answered any hour

Questions get a response in minutes, not days, even after hours.

AI runs the paperwork. A fabricator still measures, builds, and installs every job.

Railing components laid out for measured fabrication

Built by the founder

The business is new. The fabrication career is not.

The founder brings 15+ years of professional fabrication across NHRA Top Fuel and Pro Stock work, US Navy civilian contracting, custom motorcycles, and one-off commercial builds. He founded Dime City Cycles and Standard Motorcycle Co., collaborated with Indian Motorcycle, and appeared on AMC’s Ride with Norman Reedus. Those are prior-career credentials, not RightRAIL project claims.

  • GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, plasma, and oxy-fuel
  • Tube bending, machining, sheet metal, English wheel, and CNC laser experience
  • Powder coat, Cerakote, anodizing, and finish-system experience
  • Founder-led quoting, fabrication, and installation at launch

The service line

Before the first call

Straight answers.

What does RightRAIL build?

Custom metal railings, fixed metal awnings, and metal staircases. The launch scope also includes repair and replacement handrail and guardrail work.

What does RightRAIL not build?

No fencing, decks, concrete, fabric or retractable awnings, production manufacturing, or large structural-steel packages.

Where is the launch service area?

Charlotte metro and Lake Norman from a Mooresville base, including Iredell County. South Carolina is excluded until the proper license is in place.

Are those firm prices?

They are installed planning ranges, not fixed menu prices. Measurements, substrate, access, finish, engineering, permitting, and material movement can change the quote.

How fast is the quote?

The operating target is same-day acknowledgment and a written quote in 24-48 hours for a standard job once the scope and site conditions are clear. Complex work takes longer.

How is AI part of this?

The founder built AI systems professionally before opening RightRAIL. Here it handles the office side: visual previews of your project, fast quotes, automatic progress updates, scheduling, and quick answers. The metalwork itself is measured, fabricated, and installed by hand.

What starts the work?

A signed scope and 50% deposit. Materials are purchased from the deposit. The balance is due after installation and walkthrough.

Who builds the project?

The founder scopes, fabricates, and installs the work at launch. Qualified help is added where access, lifting, or fall protection requires it.
